Genesys Regional Medical Center, located in Genesee County, is a 410-bed hospital that is a national model for patient-focused care. Genesys offers daily lectures, morning reports, journal clubs, the monthly Congdon Lecture Series, and an extensive library and computer lab.

City Profile

Grand Blanc is in Genesee County, the birthplace of General Motors and the UAW, and home to many auto manufacturing facilities and high-tech industries. The cultural center features art museums, theaters, a music center, a planetarium and excellent shopping. Housing costs are low. The University of Michigan campus and three other colleges are close, and there is easy access to Detroit, Ann Arbor, and weekend recreation.
